Make It Simple

So, what does a normal day look like at Nuk Tessli?

Morning

We usually serve breakfast at around 8:00-9:00, depends mostly on you. If you're a morning person, taking the canoes to Sunrise Point is extremely rewarding.

Hiking / Canoeing / Relaxing

After breakfast, you'll make yourself sandwiches from the delicious sandwich platter (freshly baked bread included!), pack some more snacks and head into the wilderness for an incredible day of hiking or canoeing. There's many options to choose from. Of course, you don't have to be active. You can always enjoy a relaxing day in this slice of paradise. Read a book on one of the hammocks, paddle the canoe/kayak to the Lonely Bench or take a short swim in the lake. You may join the staff for lunch.

Afternoon - Coming back from the adventure

Generally, you'll finish the day anywhere between 3pm - 6pm. The outdoor hot tub -  glacial view included - will be waiting for you alongside coffee, tea and some homemade snacks. Don't forget to sit on the deck facing west and enjoy a beautiful sunset over Tweedsmuir Park and the Coastal Mountains.

Evening

Dinner is served at 7pm and typically includes soup, main course, sides, salad and a desert. We also serve home brewed beer and wine (depending on availability). After dinner you're welcome to stay in the cabin, reading a book, having a drink or playing games with the other guests/staff.
